MAXBreed: Sheperd/Rottie Mix
Hometown: Pembroke Pines, Florida Favorite Treat: Meaty Sticks Max was found after Hurricane Wilma blew through Florida's east coast. He was brought to the vet to check for a microchip (no luck) and ads were run in the local paper trying to find his owner. After not receiving any responses, Max's rescuer chose to keep him. Max and his new owner are absolutely best friends! Max has his own futon in his owner's bedroom, gets fully cooked meals, and has full run of the house. Max is so gentle when taking a snack from somebody, but can be tough when he is protecting. He even likes to protect the 3 Parrots also living in the home! |

GOOD GIRLBreed: Beagle
Hometown: Glocester, Rhode Island Favorite Treat: Turkey Sticks When Good Girl was first rescued by her owner, she was tipping the scale at 54 pounds. With the combination of having a litter and subsequently getting spayed, Good Girl was in dire need of a slim down. Her owner sought out to find a healthy treat that would keep Good Girl on track and still allow her occasional treat rewards. She landed on Sittin Pretty's Turkey Sticks and Good Girl approved! With a balanced diet and plenty of exercise, Good Girl proudly waddles down the road at a sleek 38 pounds. She enjoys when the neighbors pull over to say how great she looks! Still a little hefty and now pushing 12 years old, Good Girl still has plenty of spring to her step. |
